Refund & Returns Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights (as retained in UK law), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right of withdrawal.

2. How to Request a Return

To exercise your right to cancel, please contact us clearly stating your intention to return the product:

Please include your name, order reference (if available), and the item(s) you wish to return.

3. Returning the Product

Once you have notified us of your intention to return, please send the product back to our address within 14 calendar days. Products should be returned in their original or equivalent packaging where possible. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the product was faulty or incorrectly supplied.

4. Refund Processing

We will issue a full refund of the purchase price within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned product or evidence of its return (whichever is earlier). Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original purchase (or by bank transfer for COD orders). Delivery costs paid at the time of purchase are refunded for standard returns.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Sealed food supplements that have been opened cannot be returned on hygiene grounds once the seal is broken, unless the product is defective or not as described. Unsealed or unopened units may be returned freely within the 14-day window.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a faulty or incorrectly supplied product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange collection at no cost to you and issue a full replacement or refund as you prefer.
